Incline Exteriors was founded in 1995 by Bill Schenkel, with the goal of providing quality and affordable roofing and exterior services for homeowners in the Lake Minnetonka area and western metro area of the Twin Cities. Bill grew up in the Lake Minnetonka area and worked doing roofing and construction work in the area for several years. He created Incline Exteriors, a locally owned and operated company, combining his roofing skills and finance studies at Colorado State University to offer superlative roofing services to family and friends. Soon, an increasing word-of-mouth reputation for providing excellent workmanship and service brought more and more requests for our services.

In the ensuing years, our business grew and expanded. A series of severe storms in the Twin Cities metro area created a need to add additional exterior services, including siding, windows, and rain gutters to our roofing services. From the very beginning, our roofing company has worked on a “one roof at a time” concept, aiming to provide complete, high quality services to each customer. As the company has grown, that philosophy is still in place, and complete customer satisfaction for every job is Incline Exterior’s highest priority. Today, word-of-mouth referrals are still an important source of new business for Incline Exteriors, and that is a source of pride for everyone in the business. We also are proud of and humbled by our consistent A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
