At Incline Exteriors, we are proud to be certified with Malarkey Roofing Products as an Emerald Pro Contractor.
You can verify our certification here.
Malarkey has emerged as one of the top manufacturers of shingles in the US.
They use polymer modified asphalt, which means that the shingles are rubberized and more resistant to cracks, tears, and damage.
Malarkey’s Roofing Product Offerings
Malarkey has four main shingles available.
Highlander
Highlander is their baseline shingle. It has a class 3 impact rating, putting it ahead of some other brands’ flagship offerings.
Vista
Malarkey Vista is a class 4 architectural shingle. Its impact rating and low cost makes it one of the most popular options today.
Legacy
Legacy is also rated class 4, but is much thicker and heavier than Vista. This makes it a very durable option for your roof, but it comes with a significantly higher cost.
Windsor
Malarkey Windsor is a designer shingle, also class 4. It’s much more expensive than the other option, and it’s main purpose is for adding aesthetic value to your home.
Other than their shingles, malarkey offers many other roofing components with different purposes and cost levels. Interested in what’s best for your roof? Get in touch with us and we can go through all of the options available to you.
What are Malarkey’s Warranty Options?
Malarkey offers multiple warranty options, with varying costs and coverage.
For some of their higher warranty levels, Malarkey requires contractors be certified with them
Since we’re a certified emerald pro contractor, we’re able to offer these to you and your roof!
Are Malarkey shingles expensive?
Malarkey shingles are one of our more cost effective shingles that we offer, while still being a high quality option for your roof. Plus, depending on which shingle you choose, you may be able to get a discount on your insurance premiums.
Is Malarkey sustainable?
Malarkey prides themselves on being one of the most sustainable roofing manufacturers.
They recycle, or “upcycle”, various materials like tires and plastic bags into the polymers that they use in their shingles.
They also have a free calculator that you can use to see how much material you would divert from a landfill by using their products.
